OUR STORY
For as long as we could remember, we witness first hand our mother, Lady Priscilla serving others in any and all capacity. So naturally, it’s in our DNA. We also make an intentional effort to serve. We believe you have to be intentional about serving and we are primarily led by the Holy Spirit to live out Matthew 25:35-40
Being of Honduran decent we knew all too well what it was to go without/not having enough. We saw our mother put others first even in our lack. She always used what was in her hands to feed others and her children.
We were also taught at an early age to be content in any and all situation (Phil 4: 11-12). Our mother was literally the force behind what we do today. The love of Christ and being His followers fuels us to cheerfully serve others with Joy and Love.
Our mother’s honesty and direct approach to life challenges helped us to preserve and have a resilient spirit. Our father, Lionel Ifield Sr. work ethics and the value of a good education gave us the courage to strive for excellence. Both our parents gave us the blueprint to do all thing with grace, love, joy and excellence.
Our home (Apartment 5E) was a staple in the community and was fondly referred to as the "The Village". Folks flocked to Apartment 5E to be encouraged, fed, loved, restored, prayed for, covered and treated with respect.
5E was a safe place to be your authentic self and be understood without any judgement. Our hands and hearts have been designed and bred since birth to serve.
